March to Springfield Kickoff Event

Join us in downtown Chicago for the March to Springfield kickoff event! We will be gathering at the Thompson Center at noon to celebrate the dedication of our through-marchers as they begin their 200-mile journey to Springfield. There will be live music, the chance to hear from our through-marchers about their stories, and a send-off event.

Finally, if you’re able, you can join the marchers for the first day of the march. We will leave from the Thompson Center at 1 p.m. and march the first 7.5 miles of the journey. Come be a part of the March to Springfield for a People and Planet First Budget!
